Sonder adapter for ACR (Adaptive Capability Resolution). Fills event.capabilities on every SonderEvent.

Compliance

event.capabilities.mounted answers the regulated question "What was the agent authorized to do?" required by FINRA 2026 and MiFID II RTS 6.
