Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Part of the @i-scope/debugger SDK — one of seven leaf packages aggregated by the @i-scope/debugger meta-umbrella. Most users should install the meta (npm install @i-scope/debugger) — the constants come along transitively. Install @i-scope/com-protocol-types directly only when you write a custom COM client that bypasses iScopeBridge.exe entirely (e.g. a non-Node host language) and just needs the DISPID / event-id numbers for ScopeAppDbgCtrl / ScopeAppControl.

TypeScript mirror of the iScope COM protocol constants — IDispatch DISPIDs, event ids, step actions, break reasons, VLST runtime ids.

The authoritative C++ definitions live in @i-scope/iscope-bridge/src/Constants.h; this package is the TS mirror used by clients that talk to iScopeBridge.exe directly (or to its DAP adapter).

When the two diverge, Constants.h wins — update the TS file to match.

Pure constants, zero runtime dependencies.

  • SDBGMID_* — ScopeAppDbgCtrl IDispatch DISPIDs (ExecuteFile, SetResetBrkPnt, ResumeExec, GetStackContent, Stop, GetStatus).
  • SACID_* — ScopeAppControl IDispatch DISPIDs (OpenFile).
  • DBGEID_* — IScopeAppDbgEvents sink DISPIDs (Trace, BreakHit, ScriptError, BreakpointErrors, Stop).
  • OSCEID_* — IScopeAppEvents sink DISPIDs (FileChanged, …).
  • STEPACT_* — step-action constants for ResumeExec.
  • BRKREASON_* — break-reason codes inside BreakHit events.
  • RTID_* — runtime ids used in VLST EvalReqData.
