Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Setup

1. Download the Repo and Update API Key

Clone the repository and update the API key in src/.env:

Update your API Key in src/index.js at <Indian Stock Exchange API Key>

2. Install Packages and Build

Run the following commands to install dependencies and build the project:

npm install
npm run build

3. Installing on Claude Desktop

Before starting, ensure Node.js is installed on your desktop for npx to work.

Go to: Settings > Developer > Edit Config

Add the following to your claude_desktop_config.json:

4. Restart Claude Desktop

After updating the configuration, restart Claude Desktop to apply the changes.
