Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Installation

Installing via Smithery

Manual Installation

  1. Clone or download this MCP server to your local machine

  2. Install dependencies:

    cd batchdata-mcp-real-estate
    npm install
  3. Configure your API key:

    BATCHDATA_API_KEY=your_actual_api_key_here
  4. Build the TypeScript project:

    npm run build
  5. Test the server:

    npm start

API Rate Limits

BatchData.io rate limits per endpoint:

  • Address Verification: 5,000 max (1,000 recommended per batch)
  • Address Geocoding: 90 max (75 recommended per batch)
  • Property Search: 1,000 max requests
  • Property Lookup: Standard API limits
