Dafny Sketcher MCP

This Dafny Sketcher MCP builds on the Dafny Sketcher CLI, and exposes certain CLI functionality to MCP clients such as Claude and Cursor. ChatGPT can also work through a third-party adapter.

MCP Client Configuration

Edit your MCP client configuration, e.g., $HOME/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json or .cursor/mcp.json in a project directory.

Below, replace $DAFNY_SKETCHER_PATH with the path to your dafny-sketcher repo.

You can specify the environment variable DAFNY_SKETCHER_WORKING_DIR. If specified, the file input is taken to be a relative file path (use for more rapid handling in Cursor). If left unspecified, the input is the file content (use for Claude and ChatGPT).
