Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Overhwhelmed by the idea of completing your annual performance review as a software engineer?

Use your git commits!

How to use

  1. Navigate to the directory where all of your projects live
  2. Run the command npx @javaskrrt/annual-performance-reviewer
  3. You will be prompted to choose which email(s) you'd like to filter by (helpful for if you've contributed across multiple repos using different git accounts/emails)
  4. Click "run"

The script will run an analysis on all of your git commits, synthesizing all of this information into simple answers that you can use in your annual performance reviews assessment.
