Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

MR Project Init Package

Setup Guide

  1. To download, npm i -g @kaikoh95/mr-init-project

  2. For fresh local setup, use mrinit

  3. You are also able to pass in one of the various flags:

    • Common Flags (assume node_modules already present:
      • -s|--start : starts up with existing credentials
      • -d|--dev : fetches and starts up with DEVELOPMENT credentials
      • -p|--prod : fetches and starts up with PRODUCTION credentials
    • Useful Flags (fresh install node_modules):
      • -ip|--install-prod : full setup with PRODUCTION credentials (also installs node modules)
      • -id|--install-dev : full setup with DEVELOPMENT credentials (also installs node modules)
    • Other Flags:
      • -is|--install-skip : installs node modules only
      • -a|--append-script : takes in 2 other arguments (1st is the script to be added, 2nd is the script of this global package which the 1st will be added to)
