Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Kamy CLI

Command-line interface for the Kamy PDF API. Render PDFs, manage templates, and inspect render history from your terminal.

Installation

npm install -g @kamydev/cli

Authentication

Set your API key using one of two methods:

Option 1 — Save to config file:

kamy config set-key kamy_pk_...

Option 2 — Environment variable:

export KAMY_API_KEY=kamy_pk_...

Get your API key from kamy.dev/dashboard/api-keys.

Usage

Render a PDF

Pass data as inline JSON:

kamy render invoice --data '{"invoiceNumber":"INV-001","total":1500}'

Load data from a file:

kamy render invoice --data @invoice-data.json

Save the PDF to a file:

kamy render invoice --data @data.json --output invoice.pdf
