In-memory cache.

The default Cache implementation: an LRU with tag-based invalidation, enough for a single long-lived server process.

Production content is cached until invalidated by tag (the webhook route does this on push/merge). On serverless each instance keeps its own copy, so swap in a shared cache if you need cross-instance consistency.
