In-memory git provider for development.

A GitProvider that keeps everything in memory, so an app boots and renders without any GitHub setup.

Handy for local development, tests and demos. Edits do not persist across restarts (and on serverless each instance has its own state), so use @kimoxstudio/git-provider-github for anything real.
