LlamaIndex-style retrieval adapter for Knolo knowledge packs.

The adapter preserves Knolo’s deterministic V4 retrieval API. V5 Knowledge Image inspection, verification, migration, and runtime management are exposed by @knolo/core and @knolo/cli.

For a mounted V5 image, pass image (or a Node imagePath) to the retriever. The adapter uses bounded V5 EQL search and includes the image state root, query plan root, query result root, object ID, and compatibility marker in node metadata. Legacy pack/packPath retrieval remains unchanged.
