pi-continue
Resume a stopped pi agent with shift+alt+enter instead of typing continue.
What it does
The agent finishes a turn and just sits there. Press shift+alt+enter and it keeps going.
While a turn is running the keypress is ignored and pi says so rather than swallowing it — a stray key would otherwise steer the running turn or land as a queued follow-up.
Install
pi install npm:@lanlance/pi-continueOr drop extensions/continue.ts into ~/.pi/agent/extensions/.
Terminal support
shift+alt+enter needs a terminal that reports the full chord (Kitty keyboard protocol: Ghostty, Kitty, WezTerm, …). Terminals that can only send ESC + CR deliver alt+enter, which pi already binds to "queue a follow-up message".
Differences from upstream
Rewritten from continue.ts in mitsuhiko/agent-stuff:
- the sent text is a named constant, so it cannot drift from the description shown in
/hotkeys - an ignored keypress is reported instead of silently doing nothing
