Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Overlay Agent Bridge Protocol

@layernorm/overlay-agent-bridge-protocol is the versioned command, event, enrollment, and host-request contract shared by Overlay and @layernorm/overlay-agent-host. It contains strict Zod schemas, canonical signature payloads, protocol limits, and TypeScript types; it does not start an agent by itself.

Install the matching protocol and host versions together:

npm install @layernorm/[email protected] @layernorm/[email protected]

Protocol version 1 fails closed on unknown versions, invalid event sequences, oversized payloads, and malformed filesystem grants. See the repository's docs/develop/bring-your-own-agents.md for the complete trust and compatibility policy.
