Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Delilah for Claude Code

Real U.S. legislative and election data inside Claude: bills, roll-call votes, legislators, committees, session analytics and the 2026 midterms for all 50 states, D.C. and Congress. Installs the hosted Delilah MCP server (35 tools) plus the /legislation and /elections skills. No API key needed to start.

Then ask anything — "what passed in Florida this week", "how does Kathleen Passidomo vote", "who is running in Georgia" — or lead with a skill to pin the behaviour:

  • /legislation — bills, sponsors, roll-call votes, committees, session stats.
  • /elections — the 2026-11-03 slate, candidates, ballot measures, districts and official live results. Counts and percent reporting only; it never calls a race.

Free tier vs your own key. Out of the box you share a free tier that is rate-limited per client and has one monthly cap for everyone. For your own cap, get a key at https://delilahusa.com/developers and register the server with it instead of (or alongside) the plugin:
