@lovelace-ai/acsp

This package is for transport authors who exchange Agentic Client Session Protocol events between clients and agent runtimes. It provides Zod schemas, inferred TypeScript types, and the ACSP version-1 binary frame codec. It does not open sockets or manage sessions.

The package is incubating at 0.0.x. Consumers must pin a compatible patch range until the public contract completes an AI-deslop review.

Validate JSON events

Use the schemas at an input boundary. The inferred type and runtime validator share one definition.

Identifiers follow the ACSP wire format. For example, a session ID has the form sess_a1b2c3d4, and an event ID has the form evt_a1b2c3d4.

Encode binary frames

encode and decode implement the ACSP version-1 header and payload format. decode throws CodecError with a stable kind when a frame is malformed.

The normative protocol lives in docs/standards/agentic-client-session-protocol.md. Update the Rust acsp crate, this package, and the cross-language vectors in one change when the wire contract changes.
