Atomic WorkflowCheckpointStore persistence for Redis. The structural sendCommand interface works with node-redis-compatible clients without adding a mandatory Redis dependency.

Each execution is stored as one lossless encoded value, so SET atomically replaces the complete checkpoint. Use prefix to isolate applications.
