Durable synchronous WorkflowCheckpointStore storage backed by Node's built-in node:sqlite driver.

The constructor migrates by default. Pass { migrate: false } when migrations are managed separately, then call migrate() explicitly if needed. Saves are atomic upserts keyed by execution ID.
