Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

@mandaitor/taxonomy-construction

Construction industry taxonomy for Mandaitor — actions, resources, constraints, and mandate templates for BIM validation, scheduling, procurement, cost management, documentation, defect detection, and safety workflows.

What this package provides

This package publishes the Construction & Baumanagement taxonomy for Mandaitor. It exposes the compiled taxonomy object together with its actions, resource patterns, constraint templates, and mandate templates so downstream services can register and validate this vertical at runtime.

The package is designed for construction project management delegation use cases, particularly for AI agents operating within BIM-driven workflows and site management platforms.

Installation

npm install @mandaitor/taxonomy-core @mandaitor/taxonomy-construction

Usage

import { registerTaxonomy } from "@mandaitor/taxonomy-core";
import { constructionTaxonomy } from "@mandaitor/taxonomy-construction";

registerTaxonomy(constructionTaxonomy);

Operational Scope

| Area | What it covers | | :--- | :--- | | Validation | Approving, flagging, rejecting, and requesting rechecks of construction elements | | Scheduling | Updating project timelines and sending notifications | | Procurement | Creating purchase orders and comparing supplier quotes | | Cost Management | Approving invoices and flagging cost deviations | | Documentation | Generating project reports and preparing handover packages | | Defect Management | Creating and tracking construction defects | | Safety | Halting work on safety-critical issues |

Included Resource Scopes

| Resource Pattern | Purpose | | :--- | :--- | | project:zone:installation | Specific installation within a project zone | | project:zone | Entire zone within a construction project | | project | Project-wide scope for cross-zone operations |

Governance Notes

The construction taxonomy is designed for integration with platforms like monco.ai. It enforces the principle that validation approvals require prior inspection, and that safety halts override all other ongoing operations. The semantic graph captures these workflow dependencies for drift detection.

Notes

This package is published from the mandaitor-taxonomies monorepo. The repository root contains the broader contribution guide, taxonomy lifecycle, and release workflow: https://github.com/C4RR13P0TT3R/mandaitor-taxonomies.
