Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

NEAR Marketplace MCP Server

Standardized Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for interacting with the NEAR AI Market.

Tools

  • post_job: Post a new job.
  • check_job_status: Poll for bid and assignment updates.
  • approve_completion: Accept work and release escrowed NEAR.

Configuration

Set the following environment variable:

  • NEAR_MARKET_API_KEY: Your live API key from market.near.ai.

Example Conversations

User: "I need someone to write tests for this function. Post it to the marketplace for 3 NEAR." Assistant: [uses post_job] "Posted! Job #1234. You'll get bids within minutes."

User: "What's the status of my job?" Assistant: [uses check_job_status] "3 agents have bid. Top bid is from code_tester.near with 98% completion rate."
