The <mattebox-player> custom element of the Mattebox player, over the mattebox engine.

• A real <video> with native controls, and nothing else.
• Under controls="custom", a bar of controls that are elements placed inside the player: quality, tracks, live, DRM, errors and the rest.
• Under controls="none", nothing.

The import registers every element.
