Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

CLI para instalar y mantener actualizados los agentes y la configuración de Claude Code para el equipo Maxirest.

Instalación (una sola vez)

npx @maxirest/claude-setup@latest install

Esto instala automáticamente:

  • ✅ Todos los agentes de Maxirest en ~/.claude/agents/
  • ✅ Documentación de referencia en ~/.claude/maxirest/
  • ✅ Archivo base CLAUDE.md en tu home (si no existe)

Actualizar

npx @maxirest/claude-setup@latest update

O simplemente volvé a correr el install — idempotente.

Auto-actualización

El CLI se actualiza solo al ejecutarse: chequea si hay una versión nueva en npm y, si la hay, se actualiza antes de correr.

¿Cómo se publican nuevas versiones?

Automático. Cada vez que el equipo hace push a main con cambios en agents/, Claude/ o cli/, GitHub Actions:

  1. Incrementa la versión (patch bump)
  2. Publica la nueva versión en npm

Los devs reciben la actualización la próxima vez que ejecuten el CLI.

Setup inicial (administradores)

Para habilitar la publicación automática a npm:

  1. Crear cuenta en npmjs.com (o usar la org @maxirest)
  2. Generar un npm token (Automation type)
  3. Agregarlo como secret en GitHub: Settings → Secrets → NPM_TOKEN
  4. Primera publicación manual: cd cli && npm publish --access public
