@meetreeve/status

Reeve.Monitor Status surface — one tool instanced per build (DEV-5160).

A visual, per-instance health surface composed from the health endpoints every reeve.build already ships. Reeve, Freya, and a tenant (Cadasense) are three descriptors of the same tool: if those three render correctly, every build inherits it for free.

The core entry has zero node:/next imports so it bundles for the browser (Freya's SPA resolves status client-side). The TLS probe is isolated to ./node.

The honesty rule (load-bearing)

Substrate CONFIGURED/PRESENT_AUTH is a config-presence check (verified: false always) — it maps to component state configured, never operational. operational requires liveness evidence (that instance's /health 200). Overall pill = worst-of with documented ordering down > degraded > unknown > configured > operational. A component that times out renders unknown/degraded, never blank; a whole-instance failure renders overall: "unknown". The surface never fabricates UP.

Consumption model

Consumed workspace-local inside reeve-frontend (workspace:*) and npm-published as @meetreeve/status for the tenant/Freya mounts (reeve-tenant-frontend, nyc-property-frontend, writing-partner-frontend), the same channel as @meetreeve/auth / @meetreeve/ui. pnpm publish rewrites the workspace:* reference to the real version.
