Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

One-line installer for Morph MCP, bundled skills, and one-command model migration.

Install

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup

The CLI will guide you through selecting which apps to install to.

With API Key

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup --morph-api-key <your-key>

Or set the environment variable:

MORPH_API_KEY=<your-key> npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup

Non-interactive

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup -y

Model Router

Install and configure the Claude Code subscription model router in one command:

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup --router --morph-api-key <your-key>

--router, --warpgrep, and --skills are explicit component flags. When any of them is passed, setup runs without confirmation prompts. With no component flag, setup opens an interactive picker.

The router keeps users on their existing Claude Code subscription. Start it with morphrouter chat (or npx -y @morphllm/morphrouter chat).

Model migration

Turn your coding agent onto a Morph open model in one command:

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup --kimi --morph-api-key <your-key>

Pick the model with a flag: --kimi (Kimi K3, morph-kimik3), --glm (GLM-5.2, morph-glm52-744b), --glmflash (GLM-5.3-Flash, morph-glm53flash), or --minimax (MiniMax M3, morph-minimax3-428b). Each verifies the model is serving, repoints ~/.claude/settings.json at api.morphllm.com (backing up your existing settings first), installs the Morph MCP with the Reflex tools, and drops in the morph-migrate skill. If a model isn't live yet, the command says so and changes nothing.

Revert any migration with:

npx -y @morphllm/morph-setup --restore

After migrating, open your coding agent in a real app and run /morph-migrate to trial the model on 5% of production traffic, scored against your incumbent with Reflex.
