Analyse « chat robo » des statistiques de visite : une question en langage naturel + un résumé @mostajs/analytics → une étude (@mostajs/auto-pilot) → une optimisation (@mostajs/ro-pla) → une recommandation expliquée.

C'est le chaînon chat ↔ recherche opérationnelle : les décisions marketing/produit ne sont plus « au doigt mouillé », elles sortent d'un solveur (simplexe, M/M/c…).

• createInsights({ solver?, pilot?, defaults?, workerRate?, peakFactor?, diversCap? }) → { analyze, channels, content, capacity, overview, pilot }
• analyze(question, summary) → { intent, reply, chips, data? } (route l'intention).
• channels/content/capacity/overview(summary) — analyses directes.

L'UI de chat est fournie par @mostajs/analytics-ui (insightsChat). Extractible vers un « solveur apprenant » (CBR).
