Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Query the eBay Browse API (OAuth user token; set EBAY_OAUTH_TOKEN, Bearer): item search, item details. App keys alone cannot call Browse — a user token is required.

  • search_items — eBay listings matching a query, with price and condition.

  • get_item — One listing by item id, with price and seller.

  • get_item_group — Multi-seller listing group.

  • get_legacy_item — Lookup by legacy ID.

  • deal_items — eBay Top Deals.

  • search_extended — Search with full item details.

  • search_ending_soon — Auctions ending first.

  • search_lowest_price — Cheapest first.

  • search_newly_listed — Newest first.

  • search_by_category — Scoped search.

Buy a key at https://mcp-marketplace.io/server/io-github-mrfentmen-ebay-mcp and set it in your MCP client config:

The key is checked against MCP Marketplace, cached for 24 hours, and keeps working offline once one check has succeeded. Every other tool on this server stays free.
