Core runtime for the Murmuration Harness.

Status: Phase 1 scaffold. Interfaces are stubs. Not yet usable.

What lives here

Per spec §4.1, the core package owns:

Open design tensions owned by this package

These block Phase 2 / Phase 3 and must be closed before the corresponding phase transitions. Owned by TypeScript / Runtime Agent (#24) and Architecture Agent (#23):

• #2 — GovernancePlugin interface hardening
• #3 — AgentExecutor interface explicit
• #4 — Plugin trust boundary + prompt injection

Do not stabilize the types in src/execution/ or src/governance/ until #2 and #3 are resolved.

Public API surface

The package exports four sub-entry-points via the exports map:

• @murmurations-ai/core — top-level barrel
• @murmurations-ai/core/execution — AgentExecutor and related types (STUB — will change per #3)
• @murmurations-ai/core/governance — GovernancePlugin and event types (STUB — will change per #2)
• @murmurations-ai/core/scheduler — Scheduler (STUB)
• @murmurations-ai/core/signals — SignalAggregator (STUB)

All exports marked STUB will change before v0.1. Do not depend on their stability.
