Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

NeoIQ Localize CLI

Enterprise-grade localization automation for modern development teams.

Overview

NeoIQ Localize is a command-line interface tool that leverages artificial intelligence to automate application localization workflows. Designed for development teams of all sizes, it integrates seamlessly with existing version control systems and CI/CD pipelines to deliver consistent, high-quality translations at scale.

Installation

npm install -g @neoiq/localize

Or run directly with npx:

npx @neoiq/localize@latest

Quick Start

Initialize NeoIQ Localize in your project:

neoiq-localize init

Translate your application:

neoiq-localize translate

Key Capabilities

Intelligent Change Detection

NeoIQ Localize automatically identifies new, modified, or removed translation keys in your codebase using Git-based differential analysis. This ensures that only relevant content is processed, reducing translation costs and maintaining synchronization across all language files.

AI-Powered Translation Engine

The translation engine utilizes advanced language models to deliver contextually accurate translations across more than 100 languages. Translations maintain semantic consistency, preserving the original tone, terminology, and intent of your source content.

Comprehensive Format Support

NeoIQ Localize supports a wide range of localization file formats commonly used in enterprise applications:

| Format | Extension | Use Case | |--------|-----------|----------| | JSON | .json | Web applications, React, Vue, Angular | | TypeScript | .ts | Type-safe internationalization | | YAML | .yaml, .yml | Configuration-driven localization | | Markdown | .md, .mdx | Documentation, content sites | | Gettext | .po | Traditional localization workflows | | Apple Strings | .strings, .stringsdict, .xcstrings | iOS and macOS applications | | Android XML | .xml | Android applications | | XLIFF | .xliff | Translation management systems | | PHP | .php | Laravel and PHP applications | | Properties | .properties | Java applications |

Translation Key Extraction

Automatically extract translation keys from your source code and consolidate them into your primary language file. This eliminates manual key management and ensures complete coverage of translatable content.

Code Formatting Integration

NeoIQ Localize integrates with popular code formatters including Biome and Prettier. Post-translation hooks ensure that generated files conform to your project's coding standards.

Configuration

Create a neoiq-localize.json file in your project root:

{
  "locale": {
    "source": "en",
    "targets": ["es", "fr", "de", "ja", "zh"]
  },
  "files": {
    "json": {
      "include": ["locales/[locale].json"]
    }
  }
}

For detailed configuration options, refer to the documentation.

CI/CD Integration

NeoIQ Localize is designed for automation. Integrate with your continuous integration pipeline using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or any other CI/CD platform.
