NexAiForm engine core: component registry, capability resolution, policy checks and the renderer-neutral IR.

• Runtime dependency on @nexaiform/schema only. No React, Formily or Next.js.
• engine.prepare() is the single entry point that turns an untrusted document into a validated, origin-checked IR for a renderer.
