Plugin builds must leave @ngis/plugin-sdk external. The running NeoGIS host provides the runtime through its plugin import map. The npm package supplies the real public declarations plus small host-delegating shims; bundling it into a plugin would create a runtime copy that is disconnected from the host.

The package version matches NGIS_MAP_API_VERSION. Use create-ngis-plugin for a complete buildable starter.
