Windows x64 MSVC binary package for NYEX.

NYEX is a terminal-first agent runtime for production software work.
It provides deterministic role-based execution, policy-aware control, and traceable runtime behavior across providers and models.

This package is the Windows binary payload and is typically installed automatically by @nyex/nyex.

NYEX runtime roles are deterministic and include:

• primary
• planner
• tool_exec
• summarizer
• validator

Windows AV Install Note

If npm install reports EPERM or TAR_ENTRY_ERROR while extracting bin/nyex.exe, an antivirus engine likely quarantined or locked the file.

Recovery:

npm uninstall -g @nyex/nyex @nyex/nyex-win32-x64-msvc
npm cache clean --force
npm i -g @nyex/nyex

Then restore/allow nyex.exe in your AV console if needed.
