OpenTelemetry integration helpers for ObslySDK.

This package does not initialize OpenTelemetry from ObslySDK.init() and does not provide an auto side-effect mode. Wrap your existing OpenTelemetry fetch/XHR instrumentation configs with the exported helpers.
