Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

The web component SDK for Onvo AI dashboard builder

Readme

Onvo AI web components library

This web components package can be used to display the list of dashboards available to a user or single dashboard from Onvo AI. The components are also completely customizable.

Installation

In your frontend environment, install the @onvo-ai/react package, this lets you display the list of dashboards, individual dashboards, and the copilot component.

<script src="http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@onvo-ai/web-components"></script>
npm install @onvo-ai/web-components
yarn add @onvo-ai/web-components

Usage

Begin by creating an API key by going to https://dashboard.onvo.ai/settings/api-keys , filling in a name for your API key and clicking Generate.

Next, use this token to setup a backend endpoint that can fetch the user access token from a secure environment.

You can then use this token to render the web components in your frontend environment.

<script src="http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@onvo-ai/web-components"></script>
<script>
  function clickHandler(dashboard) {
    console.log("Dashboard clicked");
    console.log(dashboard);
  }
</script>

<onvo-dashboard-list
  base-url="https:dashboard.onvo.ai"
  list-variant="list|grid"
  on-click-item="clickHandler"
  num-columns="3"
  user-token="..."
></onvo-dashboard-list>

<onvo-dashboard
  base-url="https:dashboard.onvo.ai"
  user-token="..."
  dashboard-id="31f4f9ec-3881-448a-b3e7-02485290ca9f"
></onvo-dashboard>

<onvo-copilot
  base-url="https:dashboard.onvo.ai"
  user-token="..."
  icon-variant="none|small|large"
  dashboard-id="31f4f9ec-3881-448a-b3e7-02485290ca9f"
  copilot-variant="fullscreen|copilot"
></onvo-copilot>

Dashboard List

The Dashboard list provides a list of all the dashboards an embed user has access to. You can render it as a list or as a grid and you get a callback when a dashboard is clicked.

<script>
  function clickHandler(dashboard) {
    console.log("Dashboard clicked");
    console.log(dashboard);
  }
</script>

<onvo-dashboard-list
  base-url="https://dashboard.onvo.ai"
  list-variant="list|grid"
  on-click-item="clickHandler"
  num-columns="3"
  user-token="..."
></onvo-dashboard-list>

Dashboard

This component is used to show a single dashboard.

<onvo-dashboard
  base-url="https://dashboard.onvo.ai"
  user-token="..."
  dashboard-id="31f4f9ec-3881-448a-b3e7-02485290ca9f"
></onvo-dashboard>

Copilot

This component allows a user to ask questions to the dashboard and create new widgets. You can also programmatically control the opening and closing of the copilot component using the Onvo.setCopilotOpen() method

<onvo-copilot
  base-url="https://dashboard.onvo.ai"
  user-token="..."
  icon-variant="none|small|large"
  dashboard-id="31f4f9ec-3881-448a-b3e7-02485290ca9f"
  copilot-variant="fullscreen|copilot"
></onvo-copilot>

<script>
  // Opening the copilot component
  Onvo.setCopilotOpen(true);

  // Closing the copilot component
  Onvo.setCopilotOpen(false);
</script>
