@oopsie-exceptions/core

Runtime-agnostic core for @oopsie-exceptions. Works in any JS environment with a fetch implementation. For Node you probably want @oopsie-exceptions/node; for browsers, @oopsie-exceptions/browser; for Next.js, @oopsie-exceptions/nextjs.
