@open-nodo/codec-onlus
The Italian third-sector (ONLUS/ETS) compliance codec: the canonical national chart of accounts and the SV→RUNTS Modello D/B line mapping required to file a valid rendiconto (D.M. 5 marzo 2020, Allegato 2).
Pure, zero-dependency TypeScript — two data sets and their lookup helpers. No database, no I/O, no framework. Safe to import anywhere (server, edge, CLI, test).
import { findSvCode, runtsLineForSvCode, linesBySection } from "@open-nodo/codec-onlus";
findSvCode("E2bis"); // → { code: "E2 bis", kind: "PROVENTO", … }
runtsLineForSvCode("E8"); // → "A.E.4" (Erogazioni liberali)
linesBySection("D"); // → RUNTS Modello D grouped by section/sideWhy this is a package, not copied-in
This is the platform's first "must-update-centrally" artifact. When the RUNTS form layout or the national code set changes, you bump this package and **every connected instance can update to the same reviewed mapping. A wrong or stale codec can invalidate a filing, so organisation-specific changes belong in explicit overrides rather than a fork of the national mapping.
Provenance
Extracted verbatim from the SanVincenzo app (src/lib/sv-codes.ts +
src/lib/runts-mapping.ts). The domain comments — sources, the Nelly Minardi quote,
the 2026-05-24 mapping audit — are preserved as the authoritative audit trail.
Editing
Editing the code set or the RUNTS mapping is a national policy decision. Do not
branch it for a single region; regional admins extend it via child sub-categories
that inherit a parent's nationalCode. Changes here are a semver-significant release.
