Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Styled utilities and theme management system for Optimus UI.

This package provides the core engine for the design system in Optimus UI, offering powerful tools for theming, CSS-in-JS capabilities, and dynamic styling.

Installation

Core Concepts

Theme Configuration

Presets

Define and update theme presets dynamically using definePreset and updatePreset.

Dynamic Palettes

Easily switch primary colors or surface tones:

  • updatePrimaryPalette(palette)
  • updateSurfacePalette(palette)

Color Helpers

Utility functions to manage color scales:

  • mix(color1, color2, weight)
  • tint(color, percent)

Usage in Optimus UI

This package is automatically integrated into @openng/optimus-ui. If you are building custom components or themes that need to interact with the Optimus design system, this package provides the necessary low-level APIs.
