Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Development and Contributing

Before submitting any code changes, please review our Definition of Done to ensure all requirements are met.

Semantic Versioning and Commits

This repository enforces Conventional Commits for all changes. Our CI pipeline relies on these commit messages to automatically determine semantic version bumps for packages (like @origo/core) using nx release.

  • fix: ... -> Patch release (e.g. 1.0.0 to 1.0.1)
  • feat: ... -> Minor release (e.g. 1.0.0 to 1.1.0)
  • feat!: ... or BREAKING CHANGE: ... -> Major release (e.g. 1.0.0 to 2.0.0)

A commit hook (commitlint) runs locally to verify that commit messages adhere to the config-conventional specification. If your commit is rejected, please format it properly.
