@outs-tand-ing/shared
Cross-repo shared code for the outstanding platform — anything reused by more than one repo
that is not a Vue component. Components live in @outs-tand-ing/ui.
Rules
Three constraints keep this from decaying into a dumping ground:
- Subpath exports only.
@outs-tand-ing/shared/eslint,/utils,/types. Never a single barrel export, so a consumer pulls only what it names. - Zero runtime dependencies, no peer dependencies. Everything here ships as-is with no
build step. The day something needs Vue is the day it belongs in
uiinstead. - Not a home for one-repo code. If only one repo uses it, it lives in that repo.
./eslint
The eslint ruleset every repo shares. It previously lived at _ci/eslint.shared-rules.js
and was imported by relative path, which resolved only inside a full superproject
checkout — so no repo could lint itself in isolated cloud CI. Publishing removed that
coupling.
import { sharedRules, vueQualityRules, vueStyleOff } from '@outs-tand-ing/shared/eslint'It is plain exported objects with no imports, so there is nothing to build.
Release
Bump and publish are separate steps, as everywhere else in the platform:
bun run bump # version, commit, tag, push
bun run release # npm publish
