Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Patze Code CLI

Terminal coding agent for PatzeAgent — cookbook-style TUI, Patze API backend.

Requirements

  • Bun >= 1.3 (TUI runtime)
  • Node >= 20 (global install launcher)
  • PatzeAgent API running (e.g. ./server/scripts/dev.sh)

Install

npm install -g @patzecode/code-cli
patze --version

Setup

patze
/login http://localhost:8080 <dev-token>

<dev-token> = SECURITY_INTERNAL_API_KEY from server .env.

Optional env:

export PATZE_CODE_API=http://localhost:8080
export PATZE_CODE_TOKEN=<internal-key>

Usage

patze                              # interactive TUI
patze "Explain this module"        # one-shot task
patze --preview "Review changes"   # preview only

Type / for commands: /help, /model, /reset, /login, /approve, /auto, /status, …
