This is an n8n community node for Peach, the AI-powered WhatsApp platform for businesses.

Peach allows you to build native app-like experiences from your Official WhatsApp Business Accounts. You can build AI agents, launch broadcasts, and route chats to your sales or support teams so your customers can get all their help right from within WhatsApp. Peach is an official Meta Tech Partner, and works using WhatsApp's official APIs. This node enables you to integrate Peach into your n8n workflows.

Installation

Follow the installation guide in the n8n documentation to install this node.

1. Go to Settings > Community Nodes.
2. Click Install a community node.
3. Enter @peachai/n8n-nodes-peach.
4. Agree to the risks and click Install.

Credentials

To use this node, you'll need an API Key from your Peach dashboard.

1. Log in to Peach.
2. Go to Developers > API Keys.
3. Copy your API Key and paste it into the n8n credential settings.

Usage Example: Send a Template Message

This example shows how to send a personalized WhatsApp template message when a new lead is added to your workflow.

1. Add the Peach Node: Add a Peach node to your canvas.
2. Select Resource & Operation:
   • Resource: Message
   • Operation: Send Template
3. Configure Parameters:
   • Phone Number: The recipient's phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +919876543210).
   • Template ID: Enter the UUID of the template you created in your Peach dashboard (e.g., 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000).
   • Liquid Values: Enter a JSON object for dynamic variables.

4. Execute: When triggered, the node will send the message via the official WhatsApp API and return the message ID and delivery status.
