Browser / Node codec for the ASCENT wire standard (Nexus 2.0.0).

Install (from monorepo)

cd packages/ascent-js
npm test

Published npm name is reserved for when the public registry publish is approved. Until then, copy these files or depend on the GitHub path.

Sources are kept in lockstep with site/public/ via npm run sync-from-site.

Must stay bit-identical with Python ref/ packing.
