Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@podoba/tokens

Design tokens for podoba. Static, framework-agnostic.

import "@podoba/tokens/variables.css";        // CSS custom properties → apply on :root
import tokens from "@podoba/tokens/tokens.json"; // raw DTCG, if you need to introspect
  • variables.css — the compiled CSS custom properties (--color-brand-primary, …). This is what apps load.
  • tokens.json — the DTCG source (W3C Design Tokens format).

Not here on purpose

The theme-resolution cascade (theme-resolver.ts in @app/tokens) is authoring machinery that imports @app/schema's token model. It stays in GS and generates the files above. Keeping it out is what lets @podoba/tokens be dependency-free and truly app-agnostic. See ../../EXTRACTION.md.
