Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Format-specific DOCX import and export adapters for PolyForm.

Dependencies

  • fflate reads and writes OPC ZIP packages as Uint8Array values. The adapter inspects central-directory metadata and validates entry paths before extraction.
  • @xmldom/xmldom provides namespace-aware XML parsing and serialization. The adapter rejects DTD and entity declarations before parsing.

Neither dependency is used by core, parser, renderer, runtime, engine or SDK. The package does not invoke Word, LibreOffice, browsers or external processes.

Export modes

With DocxPreservationMetadata, unchanged packages are conservatively rebuilt from the original entries. Text-only edits patch the original document XML so opaque elements remain in place. Structural edits that cannot be patched without losing opaque XML fail with DocxMappingError.

Without source metadata, the adapter creates a minimal valid DOCX containing the supported PolyDocument subset.
