Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

deck.gl layers for SpatioTemporal Tiles (STT) — stream a packed STT dataset into animated points, paths, polygons, trips, OD flows, splats, and server-aggregated summary tiers, with GPU time filtering driven by a shared playback clock.

Install

npm install @poopdeck.gl/layers deck.gl

Peers: deck.gl 9.3+ (@deck.gl/core, @deck.gl/layers, @deck.gl/geo-layers, @deck.gl/aggregation-layers, @deck.gl/extensions, @deck.gl/mesh-layers, @luma.gl/core, @luma.gl/engine — all >=9.3.0 <10). Installing the deck.gl umbrella package satisfies them all.

Every layer extends SpatioTemporalLayer (tile lifecycle + time wiring + binary-attribute plumbing); the catalog spans core layers (AnimatedPoint/Path/Polygon/Column/Icon/BoundingBox, SplatLayer), trips (AnimatedTrips, AnimatedTripHeads, FlowCorridor, FlowStroke), OD flow (AnimatedArc/Line, Flowmap, BundledFlowmap), summary tiers (H3Summary, QuadbinSummary, AnimatedHeatmap), and extensions (TimeFilter, CategoryColor, ChevronFlow, Splat).
