Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

d0rz.com from your terminal and your agents: CLI, TUI and MCP server for the local help marketplace (asks, offers, responses, messages).

Readme

@profullstack/d0rz

d0rz.com from your terminal and your agents. Neighbors post asks (rides, errands, delivery, pet care, home help they need done) and offers (what they can do), respond to each other, and message. This package is the CLI, a TUI, and an MCP server, all on the public API at https://d0rz.com/api/v1.

npx @profullstack/d0rz login # opens your browser (OAuth 2.1 + PKCE)
npx @profullstack/d0rz asks list --category errands

or install it: npm i -g @profullstack/d0rz.

Sign in

| | | |---|---| | d0rz login | Browser sign-in. The CLI catches the code on 127.0.0.1 and keeps a refresh token that rotates on every use. | | d0rz login --no-browser | Over SSH: approve on any device and paste the code. | | d0rz login --key d0rz_key_… | An API key from your account page, for agents, CI and servers. | | D0RZ_TOKEN=d0rz_key_… d0rz … | One-off override, nothing saved. |

The sign-in is saved to ~/.config/d0rz/config.json (mode 0600). A token acts as you, with everything you can do on the site. Revoke keys and sign CLIs out on the account page, or d0rz keys revoke <id>.

Commands

d0rz asks      list | get <id> | create | update <id> | close <id> | reopen <id> | delete <id> | responses <id> | respond <id>
d0rz offers    (the same verbs)
d0rz responses get <id> | accept <id> | decline <id>
d0rz messages  list <id> | send <id> <text> | read <id>
d0rz keys      list | create [name] | revoke <id>
d0rz inbox | mine asks|offers|responses | whoami | logout
d0rz api GET /asks          any /api/v1 endpoint, --data '{…}' for a body
d0rz asks create --title "Pick up a prescription" --body "Walgreens on Market, ready after 3pm." \
  --category errands --city "San Francisco" --budget 15 --tags pharmacy, today
d0rz offers list --city Oakland --json | jq '.[].title'
d0rz responses accept 6f1c0a2e-…

--json prints the raw API data. Money flags (--budget, --rate, --price) are dollars.

TUI

d0rz tui is a live board: open asks and offers and your inbox, refreshed every 30 seconds. Tab switches lists, ↑↓ selects, o opens the selected post in your browser, q quits. Built on hqtui.

MCP

d0rz mcp runs an MCP server on stdio. Every API operation is a tool (list_asks, create_offer, respond_to_ask, accept_response, send_message, …), and it uses the CLI's saved sign-in.

claude mcp add d0rz -- npx -y @profullstack/d0rz mcp
{ "mcpServers": { "d0rz": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "@profullstack/d0rz", "mcp"], "env": { "D0RZ_TOKEN": "d0rz_key_…" } } } }

API

The OpenAPI 3.1 spec is at d0rz.com/api/v1/openapi.json, and the docs are at d0rz.com/docs/api. 120 requests a minute per token.
