QAick Executor

@qaick/executor is the host-neutral execution domain for QAick Flow and Project artifacts. It owns orchestration, bindings, control blocks, Action Executor dispatch, lifecycle events, cancellation, retries, timing, and live execution results.

Host integration and transport implementations remain outside this package. Register host-provided Action Executors through the public API:

The package requires Node 20 or newer and depends on the published @qaick/contract package. Build with npm run build, run tests with npm test, and inspect publication contents with npm pack --dry-run.
