Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

@queekai/client-sdk

v0.3.1

Published

Official Queek storefront client SDK for auth and API requests.

Readme

Queek Client SDK

Lightweight browser-friendly SDK for /api/v1/client/auth/*.

Install

npm install @queekai/client-sdk

Build

npm run lint
npm run build
npm test

Publishing a new version

  1. Bump the version in package.json following semver (patch = bug fix, minor = new feature, major = breaking change):

    npm version patch   # 0.3.0 → 0.3.1
    npm version minor   # 0.3.0 → 0.4.0
    npm version major   # 0.3.0 → 1.0.0

    This updates package.json, commits the bump, and tags the commit.

  2. Login to npm (one-time, stored in keychain):

    npm login
  3. Publish (runs lint + build + tests automatically via prepublishOnly):

    npm publish
  4. Update consumers (queek_storefront, etc.) to the new version:

    # in queek_storefront
    pnpm update @queekai/client-sdk

Note: The package is scoped to @queekai and published as public ("publishConfig": { "access": "public" }). The npm account must be a member of the queekai npm org.

Usage

import { createQueekClient, QueekSdkError } from '@queekai/client-sdk';

// External self-hosted storefront (requires client key)
const client = createQueekClient({
  baseUrl: 'https://api.queek.com.ng/api/v1',
  clientKey: 'qck_client_public_key_here',
});

// Queek-hosted storefront (key optional)
const hostedClient = createQueekClient({
  baseUrl: 'https://api.queek.com.ng/api/v1',
  vendorSlug: 'jonshop',
});

await client.auth.requestOtp({ phone: '+14155552671' });
try {
  await client.auth.verifyOtp({ phone: '+14155552671', otpCode: '1234' });
} catch (error) {
  if (error instanceof QueekSdkError && error.code === 'account_not_found') {
    await client.auth.register({
      firstName: 'Client',
      lastName: 'User',
      email: '[email protected]',
      phone: '+14155552671',
      otpCode: '1234',
    });
  } else {
    throw error;
  }
}
await client.auth.me();

await client.get('/client/store/info');
await client.get('/client/store/products');
await client.get('/client/store/collections');
await client.get('/client/store/promotions');

await client.auth.logout();

Public Client Methods

  • client.get(path, options?)
  • client.post(path, body, options?)
  • client.put(path, body, options?)
  • client.delete(path, options?)
  • client.request(config)

Automatic Headers and Token Handling

  • Sends X-Client-Key when configured
  • Sends X-Vendor-Slug when configured
  • Sends X-Platform: storefront on every request
  • Sends Authorization: Bearer <token> when access token exists
  • On 401, refreshes once and retries the original request once
  • If refresh fails, clears tokens and throws normalized auth error (unauthenticated)
