Finds the removed components and renamed attributes in an OpenTelemetry Collector config before the upgrade does

Install

Node 18+. The same 39 rules as the VS Code extension, from a terminal or CI.

• Lint the Collector config you have open and see every removed component and legacy attribute name in it, each with the line number and the replacement spelled out
• --rules lists every rule
