Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The Replicator project format as a library: the schemas of project.manifest.json and its sibling files, repository URL normalisation, forge raw-file and archive addresses, BOM reading, and the wire contract of api.replicator.build.

The definition of the format is SPEC.md in the Replicator repository. This package is what the desktop app, the community API and the community website all read a project with, so the three cannot drift.

No Node built-ins; works in the browser. zod v4 is a peer dependency.

Publishing

From the repository root of project-replicator:

npm run packages:build
cd packages/format
npm version patch        # or minor / major; commit the bump
npm publish              # needs `npm login` as a member of the replicator-build org

Consumers that install a released version (replicator-api, replicator-community) pin ^<version>; bump them after publishing.
