Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

n8n-nodes-whatsapp-decrypt

Custom node for n8n that allows decrypting WhatsApp media.

Installation (command line)

npm install n8n-nodes-whatsapp-decrypt

Configuration in n8n

  1. Install the package
  2. Restart n8n
  3. The node "WhatsApp Decrypt" will be available under the "Transform" category

Usage

Parameters

  • Media Type: Type of media (audio, image, video, document, etc.)
  • Media URL: Encrypted media URL
  • Media Key: Media key in Base64 format
  • Output Format: Output format (Base64 or Buffer)

Example

  1. Configure the node with the required parameters
  2. Run the workflow
  3. The decrypted media will be returned in the chosen format
