@rowkai/runtime-darwin-arm64

Native Rowkai runtime package for:

• macOS
• Apple Silicon
• darwin-arm64

This package is the platform runtime companion for @rowkai/db.

What It Contains

• native postgres and psql binaries
• Rowkai/Postgres shared libraries
• runtime share/ assets
• bundled extension files
• runtime manifest metadata

This package is not meant to be used directly by most applications. It exists so @rowkai/db can stay small while the native runtime is shipped separately by platform.

Intended Usage

Install it alongside @rowkai/db:

npm install @rowkai/db @rowkai/runtime-darwin-arm64

Or install @rowkai/db first and let the CLI help install the runtime:

npx rowkai runtime install

Features In This Runtime

• real Postgres-compatible SQL runtime
• built-in Rowkai GraphQL backend support
• local managed runtime for the @rowkai/db wrapper
• packaged extension discovery through runtime/manifest.json

Current extension status:

• plpgsql bundled
• pgvector bundled in the current packaged build
• heavier native extensions like PostGIS are not yet bundled in this package

• runtime/share for extension SQL, configs, and runtime assets
• runtime/manifest.json for platform and extension metadata

Notes

• this package only installs on darwin-arm64
• it is intended to be consumed by @rowkai/db
• if you want the higher-level API, config model, backups, and framework helpers, use @rowkai/db
